thre was a ploblem parsing package

Iam  new in Intel Developing program I have been using phonegap now my problem is whenever I down load a project either through email or just direct I get "there was a problem parsing package" is thre any modification I need to do in android  config file or what can I be doing wrong?

Several causes for the exception "there was a problem parsing package". but the most common is when the Android OS version is lower than the version defined for compilation. For example in my AndroidManifest.xml i have defined minSDK as 14 (Android 4.0) but my device has Android 3.0 !
