New License File Still Doesn't Work

I've upgraded to 2016 (I've downloaded the package) and my license file still doesn't work. I've tried downloading a new file as well as having it emailed to me. I can't get "Intel Parallel Studio XS Composer Edition for Fortan OS X" to install because of license issues. 

Please help because this is frustrating.

Does the hostID of the system matches the hostID on the license?

Well, I'm not sure. I'm installing this on a laptop that has a few MAC addresses (e.g., wifi, display, etc.); there is no ethernet port on this laptop. I can see that the HOSTID in the license file does match with the MAC address with the display, but apparently that isn't being recognized.

There isn't a $TMP directory. That shell variable isn't defined.

This would be a lot easier with a phone call. Is that possible?

Moving the registered host ID to the WiFi adapter instead of the thunderbolt adapter caused all the installation problems to go away.
