transfer of a licence

I want to transfer a licence of visual fortran composer XE(2013 for windows academic) from an old user to another user.

The old user(who currently has licence) has already left our laboratory. But I know the serial number for the licence,

How can I transfer the licence?

Hi,

I have a similar problem, we have a licence for Intel Parallel Studio 2011 which we need to transfer to a different user in the company, however we are struggling to identify who in the company is the registered user for our licence.  All the people who could / should be the licenced user don't believe they are the registered user.  Once we know who is the registered user we can follow the appropriate instructions in the Transfer a "named-user license" (single user license) to another user or email address page.  I can supply the licence key in relation to this product if required.

Please help.

I have sent you a private message to see if we can find enough information to find this in our database.  If you have the serial, we're good.  If not, let's hope someone registered that license otherwise we may never find it.
