turn on/off wireless

Hi, I'm developping an application in C# that use the wireless adapter (an 2915abg), for set any parameters i need that the wireless card is in off state. I like to know if exist any method for turn on/off the radio adapter (not enable/disable device just turn on/off).

Sorry, there isn't a libraryavailable for turning the radio off and on.
