unable to download Intel® C++ Composer XE

I am unable to download Intel® C++ Composer XE. I was emailed the download link in the registration center, but when I try to download the online installer, I am redirected to an error page that says "The page cannot be displayed".

http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/4162/l_ccompxe_online_2013_sp1.3.174.sh

The offline full download link also fails, with the download cutting off before it is finished. The download manager also appears to be non-functional. Is anyone else having these problems?

Tested: Chrome / Firefox on both Windows and Ubuntu

Could you please try again. It seem the Intel® Registration Center download was temporarily down.
