unable to download license file

Hi there, looking at the procedure to download a license file at http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/resend-license-file I'm stuck at step 3.

When I click the product subscription information link the subscription history that I see does NOT include serial number, support status, expiration date or a link to manage my licences.

How do I download a license file?

Derek,

I do not see valid registrations under your account which is the reason why you don't see any products and serial numbers. Which login did you use for the Intel® Registration Center? Please answer using the "Send Author A Message" link to protect confidential data. Thanks.
