Going through the installation guide, I am stuck at step:
7a) Check the status of the coprocessor(s):
[host]# micctrl -s
and also -rw. It states mic0: reset failed

although it has very much left the scope of that question. I am running a 7120P xeon phi on an asus p9x79 ws using the Centos 7 os. I also attached the micdebug.
lspci tells me !!! Unknown header type 7f by my xeon phi
