using realsense camera with surface

can I use realsense camera (F200) with window surface?

and if yes, what versions?

Intel RealSense Technology requires a 4th Generation Intel® Core™ processor (or later),  a USB 3 root port, and Windows 8.1 64 bit (or later) Desktop mode.
