website for requesting a no-commerical license fails

I am trying to get a non-commerical license for the parallel studio and the web-page for license requests fails with:

#######################################

We have experiienced a critical system error

A notice has been automatically generated to alter staff....etc

###############################################

How do i get a license ??

It looks like your registration of a non-commercial license of an Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE for Linux was successful, although an error appeared. You can login to the Intel(R) Registration Center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com) and download an actual version of Parallel Studio XE 2013 SP1 Update 1. For product installation you need to use your serial number for product activation.
