Hi,
I have the problems with Intel RealSense F200 that I postulated on this forum : https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/realsense/topic/596333
I contacted Intel Support by this link : https://servicerequestmgmt.intel.com/webticketui/emailpage.aspx
After long conversation, they said that I need more advanced support and that I need submit ticket there : https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk-support
However, I can't select the product. I do not have any bar to select. When I try "search", it does not work (attached screenshot : advanced_intel_support). I tried search with F200, Intel, RealSense, etc. I tried Browse Products, it does not work also. I tried in Chrome, then I tried to use Internet Explorer. It does not work.
I wrote to the Intel support( that provided me this link), they recommend me to post here my problem.
So, can anybody say how I need submit a ticket, please ?

It seems the camera connection or USB cable has some issue. Please try other USB cable and see if you still have such issue. Thanks!
