We try to follow the stable versions of Crosswalk as tightly as we can. As of today, 14 and 15 are still beta and canary. So after they transition to stable then you'll see the XDK follow to support them. The Crosswalk community would have a better sense of when they'll be making the next transition.

Version 14 is now available in the form of a shared library model, which will be available as a build option with the next release of the XDK.

The updates to Crosswalk are independent of the XDK releases, we are waiting on the Crosswalk Project to make their updates so we can offer them with the XDK.
