where can I find the datasheet for R200?

I received my R200 along with a paper it says that I can get datasheet, CAD model etc on the link https://kaveri.intel.com/ibl.

But I can't find any clue about the documents on that link.

So, how can I find the documents mentioned in this paper:

Of course, I bought it through click.intel.com. BUT, That's not my concern at all. I want to know where I can find the datasheet and the 3D model documents, etc.

All of those documents are for integrated modules only and are not relevant for peripherals. What kinds info do you want? Thanks!

OK, I get it. I 'm not looking for any particular information about R200. I just find it will be good to have those documents.

I am also looking for those documents, also bought this from the intel website; the datasheet specifically *is* relevant to the performance of the R200, even if it is spec'ed for the integrated module. Could you provide links for the CAD model and Datasheet please? thank you
