where can I get the evaluation license file

HI, I want to use Intel MPI Library and I request a 30-day evaluation version. But I  recieve an email from Intel with the subject "Thank you for evaluating [...]" , but it had no attachment about the evaluation license . 

So From where can I get the evaluation license file that I need?

Evaulation licenses shall be installed with the evaluation activation mode, i.e. withouth serial number and license file. You will see such options when you are going to install MPI. Anyway, I've sent you also the license file if you need if for installation.
