Is there anyway I can read BMP or any format raster image to a fortran array. I would also like to have an array say(4000,4000) with integer 4 color information as a BMP file. I do not like being stuck with screen resolution and always working from the screen. If I want to read a scanned in image most are two large. Is there a graphic package that might help me?
