Intel virtual RAID On CPU module EOL time and replacement

We will use Intel Virtual Premium RAID module on our new workstation, but these days, we got two bad information relate with this RIAD module, can you help double confirm?

1. The Intel Virtual Premium RAID module will be EOL when Jul-2021 ? any new RAID module will be replace it?

2. The NVME SSD performance will be very disappointed on RAID 5 configuration?
