Thanks for contacting Intel® Rapid Storage Technology enterprise (Intel® RSTe) support; in regards to your issue we would like to recommend you trying to run the installer as if you were to re-install the software again and from the installer select the option that says "Uninstall"; if there's no Uninstall option you can try to "Re-install" the software again and try to uninstall it in the conventional way, that should help you with your issue; please let us know if that helps addressing your problem.
