AVX Turbo bins for Broadwell-EP

Hi,

I was wondering whether the information available in Table 3 of http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/specification-updates/xeon-e5-v3-spec-update.pdf is also available for Broadwell-EP processors. I couldn't find anything in the document provided here http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-e5-v4-spec-update.html.

If not, is there at least information available on the guaranteed AVX base frequency for all Broadwell-EP models?
