Access to Golden Cove instruction Latency and Throughput

Hello,

I'm trying to access the following document but it asks me to log in to the Intel Azure portal (which I don't have access to). Is this an internal document, or is it possible to gain access by another means?

Ok, it seems that is fixed now. Log in is not needed anymore.
