Can't download PCM 2.8

When I try to download PCM 2.8, starting from this page:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-performance-counter-monitor

I have to log in, then accept an open source license, and then finally I get to a page like this one (direct link may not work):

https://software.intel.com/en-us/protected-download/328018/326559/step2

Which offers the download link, but clicking on it just gets me an "Access Denied" page:

https://software.intel.com/system/files/managed/a7/01/IntelPerformanceCounterMonitorV2.8.zip

Are other people seeing the same thing?

There was an issue with downloads yesterday. The IDZ team fixed it already and downloading the package works again..

I'm sorry for the inconvenience

Hello Travis,

The download works fine for me. Sometimes there are glitches in the web pages. Can you try it again?

It is weird, I tried it many times on two different browsers.

My intel account is quite new (just created now), so that might be be in? I found another copy kicking around on a non-intel site, it has SHA1:

SHA1(IntelPerformanceCounterMonitorV2.8.zip)= c801ac73841f99ac4246a5dd10af3849cb6a050f

That is the same SHA1 I get using:

certutil -hashfile IntelPerformanceCounterMonitorV2.8.zip

SHA1 hash of file IntelPerformanceCounterMonitorV2.8.zip:
c8 01 ac 73 84 1f 99 ac 42 46 a5 dd 10 af 38 49 cb 6a 05 0f
CertUtil: -hashfile command completed successfully.
