I have this old desktop with DG33BU motherboard. Can I install nvme m.2 with PCIe card and make it bootable?

No.  The bios does not support nvme boot.

But, if you could find a PCIe NVMe card that also provides an OpROM that adds NVMe boot capability to the BIOS, you would be in business. I have never seen a PCIe NVMe card that had such an OpROM, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.

If you find one, let me know.  I would like to put it in Kinsley,  Winterset, Dry Fork, Meadow Creek, etc.
