De10 nano kit os user interface using python pyqt

Dear sir ,
I want to make GUI(using python pyqt) in de10 nano . i have port os (de10-nano-image-Angstrom-v2016.12.socfpga-sdimg) ,and i am able to install pip for installing pyqt but i am not able to install pyqt and getting pyqt version error. i have try lots of version like pyqt4,pyqt5...etc but not able to install.

so kindly let me know how to install it or if any onther method to make GUI(user interface ) in de10 nano kit.
