Downgrading of XXV710 Nic firmware version from 24.x to 23.x is supported or not?

Hi Experts,

We are trying to do the downgrade of XXV710 Nic firmware version from 24.x to 23.x,22.x,19.x,18.x

Please find NIC details:

Ethernet Controller XXV710 for 25GbE SFP28

BIOS version: 2.19.0

ethtool -i eth29
driver: i40e
version: 2.22.18
firmware-version: 9.54 0x8000fb28 24.0.5

While doing this process, using .BIN file from cli, and also from IDRAC. 

Below are the failure logs, when we do the downgrade scenarios,

Is there any possible ways to do the downgrade please suggest us.
