How to build PCM files on windows server OS using visual studio or eclipse?

Hey Guys,

Please I am new to the PCM framework and I really just need to know how to get started how do I build the existing files. What files can be built on windows etc. Please any tutorial or guidance will be appreciated.

the build instructions for Windows OS are in WINDOWS_HOWTO.rtf
