Intel Fortran Compiler for windows setup

One month ago purchased a Acer Aspire lite laptop. I don't know how to setup Intel Fortran Compiler for Windows 11 OS.Otherwise guide me on MSVStudio 22.Tried on command line with ifx. It is giving error 1.

Please let me know how to setup with your expertise as soon as possible.

I have tried in so many ways, but failed due to setup.

Earlier worked on MSDOS Fortran in 1970's. A lot of technology development going on, but I am lagging behind.

I am a 70 years old senior citizen.

I am very interested to learn the new fortran compiler.

If any helps and educates me I am very happy.

Waiting for help/guidance.
