MLC /memory latency checker, time flag not wokring.

Not sure if this is the correct spot for issues, so please point me to the right forum if not. 

 

Running mlc with a time flag sometimes runs way longer than the time I give it. 

Recently --loaded_latency has been the offender, but test seems to take the time argument.
