Need help with VTune threading analysis.

I am trying to figure out the % of time spent for context switches in a number of applications and i am using the threading analysis VTune offers.By selecting the hardware event-based sampling and context switches i get what appears to be wrong results(VTune failing to hook correctly?)

Mirrored testing of cinebench R20 on a 6700k.The cpu utilization on hardware event based sampling is low (along with other things that seem wrong unless im missing something).There was no pausing done in that run also.

Why am i seeing this and what can i do to get the result i am looking for?

The run that correctly displays CPU utilization and more is done using the user mode sampling and tracing option.
