Unable To set multiplier with IA32_PERF_CTL (199h)

Hi,

  I am trying to set multiplier (ratio/frequency) for intel i9 12900k with MSR register IA32_PERF_CTL (199h) on windows platform. I am reading frequency with IA32_PERF_STATUS(198h).I am not able to observe frequency changes as set with IA32_PERF_CTL (199h).Why is this thing happening?

@Carlos_L_Intel , as you mentioned in this thread    have you managed to check on how to get IntelOverclockingSDK.dll for intel "k" series processor (i9 12900k) ?
