XTU Options for Core and Cache

Hello to all,

I am currently using the Intel XTU, which supports undervolting for my processor (i5-4200U). The XTU has some options for changing the voltage of different components, such as Core and Cache. There are two distinct tabs in the GUI of XTU: one for Core and one for Cache. So, I have the following questions:

1. When I change the voltage of Core, is there any change in any cache level? If so, in which one? I suppose that L1 Cache is in the same voltage domain (?).

2. When I change the voltage of Cache, the voltage for which level(s) of cache is changed?

Generally, I am confused about the differences in voltage domains, and the scope in which XTU can be applied.
