Hi,

My company found the vender to develop the program for monitoring video analyze.

We install about in 100 computers, but some computers often analyze fail. The vender check the event log and found the “igfxEM.exe” used a lot of virtual memorys and the vender’s program has no resource to use , they ask to remove this.

The “igfxEM.exe” is include in Intel graphics driver; we try to change many version driver to test , but still have the same issues. Can we remove “igfxEM.exe” or have some solutions ?

If we remove igfxEM.exe from Windows boot or delete it, will there be any impact?
