wavin peeps, I've been helping my friend trying to get the tuning utility to install. i researched the issue some and told him that the firewall service needs to be enabled but not running. He has tried it with it enabled and running and with it enabled but not running. he's tried disabling windows defender, he has no antivirus/security programs. he has also tried disabling windows defender and the firewall service completely.

His system uses the i7 4770k, his os is windows 7 64 bit.

is there any way to fix this?
