Datasheet of the JHL8040R for a non-professional?

Hello,

Where/how can I access a datasheet of the JHL8040R? 

A similar question has been asked here in '22 and the member was referred to a general Thunderbolt site, but that required being a developer and provide a development proposal.

I am a hobbist on a challenge to repair a laptop mainboard, and need to identify damaged or missing parts around a JHL8040R, that have no or not identifiable SMD markings, or where I was unable to find a suitable product. From the JHL8040R specs I hope to find out what its neighours need to be. 

Is there a channel to go through, besides https://www.thunderbolttechnology.net/contact ?
