Datasheet of the JHL8040R for a non-professional?

Hi, Intel team:

 We hope to use the JHL8040R in our design and intend to control the JHL8040R through the XCKU series FPGA, then communicate with a MacBook via a cable. From which channels can we obtain the datasheet and example programs?
