TB Share on AMD?

So I wanted to check Thunderbolt Share. I got IOGEAR Quantum Thunderbolt 4 Mini Dock (Share-certified), I have HP EliteBook G8 840 and ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 in my PC.

I've tried PC as Host - it doesn't reliably keep the link up (the blue diode keeps blinking).
Laptop as a Host works fine - at least the link. 

Thunderbolt Share doesn't want to work. Do I really have to have Intel CPUs on both ends?
How does it make sense?

It could also be the issue on my PC running Windows10. I'll format it probably today and give an update.
EDIT: Doesn't work on Win11 24H2 either.
EDIT2: It works! Turns out there's a toggle in BIOS

Other USB4 win11 solutions can work with Thunderbolt Share, however, they are not tested nor validated by Intel.
Suggest checking the troubleshooting section of Thunderbolt Share help.
Areas to investigate is that when you connect both PCs via the dock, you have an Ethernet connection show up in Windows 11.
Firewall settings can also block Thunderbolt Share, so be on the look out for that.
Both PCs need to be Windows 11.
