Hello BG1BVX,
请注意,我只能用英语为您提供帮助。我使用网络翻译工具翻译了这个回复,所以可能有一些不准确的翻译。接下来,我会用英语回答你。
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please provide the missing key information below:
- When did it start to happen?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
- Is there any pending Windows Update?
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello BG1BVX,
Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers.
- Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
- If you have an OEM device, contact Computer Manufacturer Support Websites for best driver compatibility with your system.
According to the SSU log file, it only detected the Intel Killer E3100G 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Controller and Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. Upon reviewing your system specifications, it indicates that the pre-installed wireless component is Intel® Killer™ BE Wi-Fi 7 + Bluetooth 5.4, but it does not specify the exact Intel® Killer™ BE Wi-Fi 7 model. Therefore, I strongly recommend verifying if the wireless adapter is recognized within the BIOS setup and performing a clean installation of the Bluetooth driver using the latest OEM Bluetooth driver.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Proceed checking inside the BIOS setup if the wireless adapter is detected. Please reach out to your system manufacturer's support team for the proper guidance. *Additionally, while inside the BIOS setup, please load the default settings.
2) If the wireless adapter is enabled and detected inside the BIOS setup, proceed with downloading the latest OEM driver version 23.10.0.2.
3) Follow the steps on How to Perform a Clean Installation of Bluetooth Drivers starting from step #2 (since you already downloaded the OEM driver from step #1).
4) Proceed with a cold reboot after installing the drivers (Follow the steps according to what your system supports).

If the issue still persists, it is best contacting your system manufacturer support team, so they can assist further.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Thank you for your help.
Following your suggestion, I tried to find the model of the Bluetooth adapter, but was unsuccessful. In Device Manager and AIDA64, it's called Intel Wireless Bluetooth. Network adapters show it as Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network).
I provided you with two TXT files. The first one reports that Bluetooth has disappeared.
I checked my Bluetooth and (show hidden devices) found it under General > Device Status: "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
The second one reports that Bluetooth is working properly, but I don't see the model number in this TXT file either.
My WiFi & BLUETOOTH it came pre-installed.Haven't touched or done any physical updates to the laptop.
I will try your suggestion next, but I personally suspect that the new version of the driver will conflict with the XBOX USB wireless adapter

Hello BG1BVX,
Thank you for sharing this update. It seems like there might be a connectivity issue with the Bluetooth adapter, as indicated by the "Code 45" error message. This typically means the device is not physically connected, which can sometimes be resolved by reinstalling the driver or checking for hardware issues.
Source: Error Code 45 on Device Manager for Intel® Bluetooth® or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices
Since the Bluetooth was pre-installed and you haven't made any physical changes to the laptop, it's possible that the new driver version is conflicting with other devices, such as the XBOX USB wireless adapter. I recommend trying the following steps below:
1) Proceed with downloading the latest OEM driver version 23.10.0.2.
2) Follow the steps on How to Perform a Clean Installation of Bluetooth Drivers starting from step #2 (since you already downloaded the OEM driver from step #1).
3) Proceed with a cold reboot after installing the drivers (Follow the steps according to what your system supports).
4) Temporarily disconnect the XBOX USB wireless adapter and see if the Bluetooth functionality improves.
In case the issue persists, proceed checking inside the BIOS setup if a wireless adapter is properly detected. I highly recommended reaching out to your system manufacturer's support team for the proper guidance. *Additionally, while inside the BIOS setup, please load the default settings.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
