Hi.
My problem is that whenever I download anything, no matter where I download it from, my system starts to slow down, and the sound starts glitching, creaking, and intermittently skipping.
Using Latency Moon, I realized I have critical lag in my ndis.sis.
I've reinstalled the drivers several times and disabled all unnecessary devices in the device manager, but nothing has helped.
I already tried to unpark cpu cores, disabled realtek audio in bios, downloaded older drivers, reinstalled windows 3 times, disabled and uninstalled all debload
I also found that whenever I download anything my cpu starts working at 100% no matter where
Even if I just watching stream, whenever it's buffer my cpu load 70-90% so the problem is causes integrated Intel network card
My specs - i5 14600k, 5070, mb MSI z790p wifi pro

Hello EvaMisery,
Thank you for raising this concern in the Intel Community. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
To better understand the behavior you’re experiencing and to help us isolate the root cause, we would like to gather a bit more information about your system configuration:
- Is your BIOS updated to the latest version available for your motherboard?
- Are there any pending or available Windows updates?
- Are you currently using the default BIOS settings (including CPU, power, and memory settings)?
- Has the processor ever been overclocked or undervolted, either manually or via preset profiles (e.g., XMP, enhanced turbo, MSI game boost)?
Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to provide targeted troubleshooting steps and guide you toward isolating the cause of the issue.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.
Regards,
John M.

2) no pending updates
3) I tried both, default settings and xmp on, processor state 6 or 4, enhanced turbo off, 125w in long and short term, nothing else I usually change
no matter what settings I use in bios
4) no, I never overclocked CPU
