I believe this is an old platform. Our next generation cards that could work with your platform and have support for Win7 OS are all mPCIe adapters. You need to make sure that you have a mPCIe slot available in your laptop and proper antenna connections. If yes, then you might want to consider upgrading to either 3945 or 4965 adapters. 4965 is 11n capable.
