I am facing similar issue mentioned in the thread -

The 6GHz band is now open in Germany. When we will have support for 6GHz?
The solution given in above thread is not an option for me.

The test results with iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-67.ucode (and the respective iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0.pnvm) and linux-next 20211101 can be found at https://lore.kernel.org/all/2019679.eXh7N0oMcK@ripper/ (spoiler: "not working"). Before someone asks, linux-next 20211111 was also used at a later point with the same results.
The reason for buying these cards were the advertised support for 6GHz and the effort of your Linux kernel team (Johannes Berg, Luca Coelho, ...) to get support for it in the upstream kernel. But it doesn't help us when the firmware is not reporting these channels as supported in a response to a MCC_UPDATE_CMD command from iwl_mvm_get_regdomain (via iwl_mvm_update_mcc + iwl_parse_nvm_mcc_info) - even when it should be allowed according to the documents shown as justification by https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sforshee/wireless-regdb.git/commit/?id=cdf854d2ddca01bf126ac138a8ee3e5d6320086f

I'm experiencing the same issue, so it seems like Intel is still not really aware of this situation.
Hope bumping this thread helps to get an intel engineer to confirm the issue, since all existing threads portray the same picture:
INTEL AX210 does NOT support 6Ghz in Germany, neither with Win10 (registry shows that AX210 is capable of 6Ghz and MS engineers confirmed win10 support), nor Win11 or the newest available linux kernels.
So, Intel please get some engineers attention to the issue!
(Like said before, all other threads show the same, or only got some queer suggestions and closed, but not an actual engineers answer).
INTEL plz get someone with a brain working on the issue!!

Seems like this was fixed with 22.100.1. The firmware for it is currently proposed to linux-firmware but can already be downloaded from the iwlwifi fork of the linux-firmware repository. If you use these firmware version with at least the intel kernel development tree a2263adab8bf722b5a4c981d8fc1b7c821820240 then you get following after a scan (in germany):
