AC 9560, XBox One Bluetooth controller, Windows 10 1909.
Intel BT driver: 21.50.0.1
Intel WiFi driver: 21.50.1.1
When the laptop resumes from sleep XBox One Bluetooth controller flashes forever and can't automatically reconnect to the PC.

Contact your laptop manufacturer for support with their laptop.

It's a bug in Microsoft controller or Intel Bluetooth driver. Nothing to do with laptop manufacturer. It is a problem reproducible in the same conditions on every laptop from different manufacturer with Intel BT cards.

Still, your laptop manufacturer is solely responsible for your support.

I have a generic laptop with a generic Intel 9260 card with generic Intel bluetooth drivers and can confirm this.

Yep, Microsoft and Intel should have a look at this. All other BT devices I use (mouse, headphones) automatically reconnect after resume from Windows sleep mode, but the XBox One BT controller, which is somewhat annoying.

I've opened also a Feedback Hub report for MS, maybe the bug is on their part (you have to open this link from within microsoft Edge):
