My problems are as follows:

1. My Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160Mhz is not working at all. Due to that I cannot access the internet

2. I cannot also find my Blutooth device on my hp laptop. Please I need help.

I am sorry you are having issues with your Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201, I will be glad to help you.


In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:


  • Was the wireless adapter working fine before? If that is the case, do you remember if there was any hardware change or driver/operating system update that may have triggered the issue?
  • Is this a laptop or a desktop system?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
  • If you go to Device Manager > Network adapters > double-click on Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201, do you see any error code? It should appear along a yellow sign, if there.
  • Do you have a wired (Ethernet) connection available? If so, have you tried updating the drivers?
  • Are you able to see the available networks?
