AX200 无法访问局域网其他主机

AX200无法访问局域网其他主机

能ping通路由器,但不能ping同局域网嘞其他主机,更换网卡后问题解决,尝试更新网卡驱动后又能用一会儿,重置网卡无效

  • Are you having issues with Wifi or Bluetooth or both?
  • When did it start to happen?
  • Do you remember if this issue happened after a new Operating System update or Wireless driver update?
  • Is this issue happening at home, in an office environment?
  • Have you tried connecting to another network?
  • What Operating System version are you using?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

1,仅wifi出了问题
2,具体不清楚,我已经超过6个月没有使用过
3,不清楚
4,在家里
5,尝试过,还是有问题
6,win11 21H2 22000.556 系统已经升级过几次,仍然有问题
7,电脑原先的网卡没有问题,刚更换时也没有出现问题

对不起,我这几天忙于工作和学习,没有时间回复邮件
有空我会尝试使用win10看能不能解决问题

There is no need to apologize for not answering, I understand that sometimes is difficult to have some time.


In order to have a better insight into your issue, to provide you with the most efficient solution for your issue, provide me with the following:


  • What do you mean when you say that there is no problem with the original adapter, and there is no problem when it's replaced? does it mean that the issue is only present when the AX200 is installed?
  • What is the model of your system?
  • Does the issue persist when you use a wired connection?
  • Did you make any changes to the wireless network configuration?
