Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with my AX200 WiFi card driver on Fedora 41/42.
Problem Description: I was following the tutorial at https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/1904281445544989652 to install graphics drivers on my system. After completing the installation process and executing systemctl reboot, my WiFi network interface disappeared and I can no longer detect any WiFi networks. It appears that the AX200 WiFi card driver has been lost or corrupted during the graphics driver installation process.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Followed the graphics driver installation guide from the mentioned tutorial
- Completed all installation steps as instructed
- Executed systemctl reboot to restart the system
- After reboot, WiFi functionality is completely missing
Expected Behavior: WiFi should continue working normally after graphics driver installation and system reboot.
Actual Behavior:
- No WiFi networks are detected
- WiFi interface appears to be missing
- AX200 WiFi card driver seems to be lost
System Information:
- OS: Fedora 41/42
- WiFi Card: Intel AX200
- Issue occurred after graphics driver installation following the tutorial steps
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to restore the AX200 driver without affecting the newly installed graphics drivers would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help!

Hello Arshtyi,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To gain a clearer understanding of the issue and provide an appropriate recommendation, could you please share the following details:
- Is your system a desktop or a laptop?
- Was the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 pre-installed on your device, or is it an upgrade/add-on component?
Furthermore, please provide your system configuration by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. You can find detailed instructions in the User Guide.
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello JeanetteC,
Thank you for your prompt reply and for looking into my issue.
To answer your questions, my system is a desktop, and the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 was pre-installed when I purchased it.
I'm happy to report that in my most recent attempt, I was able to resolve the issue, and the connection is now working as expected.
Since the problem is solved, there's no need to send the system support utility log at this time. I appreciate your willingness to help.
Thank you again for your support.
Best regards,
Arshtyi
