Hello again Steven

I fix the problem with using old driver.

I deleted the driver from device manager and windows automatically loading the old driver, and it works.

Now i am using 22.0.1.5 AX201 driver.

Hello burakthefuat,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I appreciate the steps performed already. Please provide the following information:

- Was there any hardware upgrade or software/OS update besides the wireless driver update?

- Was the wireless adapter preinstalled in your laptop or was it an integration?

- Are you also having issues with the 2.4GHz band?

- Please try the wireless driver version 22.40.0.7 recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and check if the issue persists. (https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Gaming/TUF-Gaming/2021-ASUS-TUF-Gaming-F15/HelpDesk_Download/)

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, Steven, thank you for answering me.

- Were there any hardware upgrades or software/OS updates besides the wireless driver update?

No, I'm using the latest version of Windows 10.I just had a ram upgrade 2 months ago, that's all.

- Was the wireless adapter pre-installed on your laptop or was it an integration?

It was pre-installed.

- Are you also having problems with the 2.4GHz band?

No, I'm not having a problem, I can easily connect to 2.4GHz networks, and I can already see 5GHz networks, but I'm getting an 'can't connect to this network' error.

- Please try the wireless driver version 22.40.0.7 recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and check if the problem persists. ( https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Gaming/TUF-Gaming/2021-ASUS-TUF-Gaming-F15/HelpDesk_Download / )

I removed the AX201 driver and device from the device manager, and then installed and restarted the driver you recommended, sorry that the problem still persists.

I think the problem is with the new drivers. There was no problem with the old intel drivers, I could connect.

Hello burakthefuat,

Thank you for your response.

Please provide the following information:

- Were you able to connect to a 5GHz network in the past?

- Make and model of router or AP.

As well, please perform the following steps:

- Make sure you have your router/AP properly configured for 5GHz and with the latest firmware. You may need to contact the router/AP manufacturer for this.

- Be sure to have the recommended advanced settings for 802.11ax (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057574/wireless.html)

- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".

Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I think the problem is not in router because i can connect 5GHz network from other devices, like my iphone or TV

My router is ASUS DSL-AC51

Also my router's updates are done.

Firmware version: FwVer:5.6.36.0_A_A60901 HwVer:T14.F7_0.2

Hello burakthefuat,

Based on the steps performed and since you are not able to connect to other networks either, I recommend you to contact Asus (https://www.asus.com/us/support/) to report this issue with the wireless connection.

If you need any additional information, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
