I'm having the same problem as this link.
When firmware iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-59.ucode is used, 15 retry occurs, and when firmware iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-72.ucode is used, about 80 retry occurs.
I'm currently using linux(linux-5.19.17) and would like to know how to fix whether I need to modify the driver or change the firmware.

bhryu, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We are sorry to hear about this issue and we will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Is this a new computer?
Was it working fine before without showing the problem that you are describing?
If yes, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this issue?
The wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.

The number of retransmissions changes depending on the firmware.
send too many retransmissions (about 15~80) when sending single unicast packet in monitor mode.
iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-59.ucode -> about 15 retransmissions
iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-72.ucode -> about 80 retransmissions
I want to know how not to do retransmission.....

bhryu, Thank you very much for providing that information.
For this scenario, it is important to mention that when you separately install a wireless card on a computer that is what we called "Wireless Integration". The thing about that process is that there are a lot of components that come into play, like for example: board, Wireless card, drivers, PCI adapters, antennas, m.2 ports, all those parts need to be fully compatible for the proper functionality of the Wireless connection.
There is also regulatory information about the "Wireless Integration" that you can verify in the following links:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005846/network-and-i-o/wireless.html
For us to be able to further assist you on how not to do retransmission of unicast packets, please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
