My Laptop is a ASUS X93S. where the old BT/WIFI card is partially defective. (WiFi is OK but BT is defective). So i searched for a moderne combo card that fit the slot inside the laptop port.
I found AX210HMW on internet. Was easy to install on motherboard port. so far so good.
But windows 10 will not detect the new hardware. Ok i manually choosed the hardware in device manager and there was AX210 listed. Windows installed the drivers. No good.. Code 31 popped up.
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot
load the drivers for the device. (Code 31)
The request is not supported.
I tried to install the newest driver version 23.80.1 but seems windows 10 refuses to upgrade the driver.
Here the info from the driver assisant. (who also couldn't install the new driver. Showed: Unexpected error).

UPDATE:
After at have run BIOS to default settings and manually load the newest driver. Still no luck.
Now the "Intel driver & support assisant" say i have the newest WiFi driver installed. (23.80.1.3)
I have a other question. Where to find the Bluetooth driver to the AX210 module?
I found a version BT-23.80.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11 but i don't know this is correct driver. (Installed but no BT hardware shown in Device manager).
Have anyone information material for my card? (AX210HMW) this seems there are no specific documents on internet. Could this card be a Chinese fake? I just wondering.

BT-23.80.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe is indeed the (latest) correct package for the AX210NGW. It should result in the Intel Wireless Bluetooth entry (in the Bluetooth section) having an Intel driver rather than a Microsoft driver.
I have seen plenty of cases where the Intel wireless/bluetooth driver installations get screwed up with Windows 10 (and sometimes Windows 11 - but way less often). The only solution I have found for this issue is a clean reinstallation of the drivers. Here's my algorithm for doing this reinstallation:
- If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and Wireless driver packages for your adapter. Here are the current links for downloading these drivers: Wireless: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351 and Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.
- Most important! Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable. Note: This Wireless disable *must* be of type that will persist (i.e. stay disabled) across reboots.
- From the Apps & Features applet, check for instances of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If none, skip forward to Step 6.
- Uninstall each instance of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and/or Intel Wireless Bluetooth that is present. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
- Manually reboot your computer, keeping Internet access disabled throughout.
- From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an Intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, skip forward to Step 12.
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and select Uninstall Device. In the dialog that is then presented, choose to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 7 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 9 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Go back to Step 5.
- Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver package you downloaded earlier (my rule: always install Bluetooth first).
- Install the downloaded Wireless driver package you downloaded earlier.
- Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
- Reenable Internet access. Restore Ethernet cable and/or reenable wireless.
- Test.
Note that it sometimes takes multiple uninstall (and reboot) cycles to clean out the old installations, so don't give up on the process. If you get to, say, 10 cycles, stop there and attempt the installation of the latest drivers.
Hope this helps,

Hello n_scott_pearson.
Thank you for the guide.
But still no luck.
I give up and will scrap the AX210 card. and try to find a older wifi BT combo.
i guess my laptop is simply too old for AX210. (This have not vPRO technology)

So, first of all, whether or not the AX210 you have has vPro tech. does not matter. If you have a non-vPro system, the vPro features are just not used.
Secondly, I have 6 & 7 Series systems with 2nd gen processors and the AX210 works just great in them (albeit Desktop systems, not Mobile), so I do not believe that this is a limiting factor. No, I believe you simply have a bad AX210 module and replacing it with same is the route to go before backing off to something older. It's worth having the extra features the AX210 offers.

Hmm i think you may have right about a bad module.
I bought it on EvilBay from a seller in Italy. The module looks brandnew and unused.
But could be defective from the beginning (maybe killed by ESD charge).
Okay.. I give it a chance more.
Can you recommend where i can buy a new AX210 with PCIe interface? Maybe a used one that you know works fine

do you think this site is serious and not sell "defective" parts?

There is the chance of getting defective parts from any source. In fact, there are many clones of the AX210NGW card from Chinese manufacturers and (a) many try to claim - often using images of Intel's part - that their parts are (also) made by intel (when they clearly are not) and (b) most are far, far poorer quality. I make sure, where I can, to provide links for *only* the Intel-produced parts.
Now, the product that you linked is also from one of the Chinese manufacturers. In this case, however, you have no choice but to use one of these manufacturers because this is a card in the older PCIe Half-Mini (HMW) formfactor that Intel no longer supports (is this really what you meant to be looking at?). You can be assured that the part has the Intel silicon, but it's a toss-up whether the card itself is of high quality. All I can say is that the two cards that I purchased (via NewEgg) from manufacturer Fenvi seemed to be of reasonable quality and are working just fine in my older PCs that utilize this formfactor. I can not and do not make any similar assurances for cards from other manufacturers.
Hope this helps,

Hello everyone
I ordered a new wifi 6E card from China. This time this card seems working. BT part is now good. and this seems the wifi part is working too. but windows 10 refuse to start. The device manager can see the wifi card and seems working properly. but fail with newer driver.
I asked Intel support (see attachment).
What do you think?
Can windows 10 have a issue? or this something with my laptop HW? BIOS or something.
This is so strange. because Intel® Driver & Support Assistant inform me the card is ok and run at full power.
