Advanced-N 6205 card can be upgrade on GM965 chipset board?

I would like to upgrade my notebook (Acer Aspire 2920) which is GM965 chipset and Core2Duo CPU.

I found out that newest Intel notebook WiFi card is cheap.

I prefer Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6205 card.

If the slot mini-PCIe socket are same, can it upgrade on any old intel chipset ?
