Advanced N 6235 not paring Bluetooth 4.0 mouse

My UltraBook (sony Duo 11 win8 64bit) equipped with Advanced N 6235 chip, as descriped it supports Bluetooth 4.0, however, I'm unable to search and pair my Bluetooth 4.0 mouse.

I had updaded to the latest driver which provided by Sony support, and I found it's the same version which provided by intel's download portal as well, it is strange that it works ok with my other devices equipted with lower version of Bluetooth such as phone, Desktop, notebook and mouse.

So as description of 6235 said it has dual mode, would the be the reason that makes device not working? Is there any way I could switch the mode?
