Hello,
I have installed a Intel AX200 wireless and Bluetooth card in my laptop, have download the latest drivers for the AX200 card, the issue I am facing is that the AX200 card is very slow finding my Bluetooth mouse.
My laptop runs Windows 10 22H2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

- Let me clarify, you purchased the AX200 separately and manually installed this on your laptop?
- What is the brand and model of the laptop?
- How did you update the drivers?
- Let me clarify, the issue is just connecting to your Bluetooth mouse?
- How about connecting to Wi-Fi, are you also having issues with this?

purchased AX200 separately and manually installed it in my laptop.
Hp 15-fc0017na
download the drivers from the Intel webpage and install them
the issue is connecting my Bluetooth mouse.
WiFi works fine.

I Check with HP forum and they told me there is an updated Intel Bluetooth driver
Intel Bluetooth Driver update v. 22.190.0.2.
Can you send me the link for this driver so I can download and install it.

This must have been miscommunication. The latest driver package officially released by Intel is 23.140.0. It provides driver version 23.140.0.3. You can download it from here.

the issue is now fixed I ran the windows Bluetooth troubleshooter and it found an issue and fixed it and the issue was gone.
