Hello Asik,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
The board form factor needed to install the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (Gig+) is M.2 2230, M.2 1216. In order to ensure the compatibility, I recommend you to contact Dell support for further assistance.
As well, please make sure to check the Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/wireless.html
Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
Regards,
Steven G.

Hello Asik,
Thank you for your response.
The Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 (Gig+) requires a system that supports CNVio2. This CNVio2 is available since Ice Lake chipsets, which means it is required a 10th generation processor.
Your system most likely supports CNVio, which is not compatible with the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201. You can check the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 specifications in this page: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/130293/intel-wifi-6-ax201-gig.html
Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
