Hello Gavin_Chin,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
It would be a great help if I could get more information about your system to properly isolate the issue. Please download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
2. Click Scan.
3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
4. Click Save (.txt)
This will allow us to be more familiar with your system configuration and be able to provide an appropriate fix.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Gavin_Chin,
To further clarify the issue, can you please confirm the details below?
1) Can you confirm if this is your exact system with the Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-my/precision-16-7680-laptop/precision_7680_ss/wireless-module?guid=guid-9268df17-896f-4186-ad5c-ce736e3aab6d&lang=en-us
2) Is the Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200 an upgrade component?
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello Gavin_Chin,
Greetings.
I apologize for sharing the incorrect system specifications link. The reason why I clarified these details is to make sure that the network adapter is configured correctly or will allow me to check if an upgrade component is compatible with your PC.
Confirming that your system (HP EliteDesk 800 and 880 G4 Tower Business PC), it is originally equipped with:
- Intel 9560 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi with Bluetooth M.2 Combo Card vPro
- Intel 9560 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi with Bluetooth M.2 Combo Card non-vPro
- Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac 2x2 with Bluetooth M.2 Combo Card
- Realtek RTL8821BE 802.11ac 1x1 with Bluetooth M.2 Combo Card
and checking the differences between an Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 and Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200, their System Interface Type are not the same.
Depending on the design, an M.2 may support both the CNVi and standard M.2 Key-E wireless modules.
You will need to verify if your system or motherboard is designed to support both the CNVi and generic M.2 Key-E modules with your system or motherboard manufacturer. I highly recommend contacting your system manufacturer support team to confirm this information.

I hope the information above helps you with this concern. Feel free to let me know if you have questions or need clarification.

I have the same issue, but I am using a PCIE BE200 in my desktop, I was able to connect to BE mode when the driver version is under 23.50, once update to 23.50 and above, only ax can be connected. Once I return the driver to 23.40, it can be connected to be mode again, but MLO function is not able to connect at all. OS is win11 dev with lastest update.

Hello Gavin_Chin,
Greetings.
The Wi-Fi 7 features are not currently available because of pending OS global availability (Windows 11* 24H2). As a result, after installing the drivers, the Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products function with Wi-Fi 6E capabilities on Windows 11*. Intel’s Wi-Fi 7 products Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE201 and Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE200 will support Wi-Fi 6E + 320 MHz/4K QAM (known as EHT - Extremely High Throughput) by default when connecting to a Wi-Fi 7 wireless router/AP.
There may be a compatibility issue after self-integrating; the compatibility and limitations depend on the computer manufacturer's design. We highly recommend that you check with the PC manufacturer to ensure that this system is upgradable and compatible with the Intel Wi-Fi 7 module with OEM driver.
Best regards,
Jeanette C.
