BE200 is not working

Hello, I have upgraded my AC-3168 in my Hp-15-BS035NT (2CT86EA) laptop to BE200 today. I made a clean installation as it is shown here. Installed the WiFi-23.170.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe wifi driver and BT-23.170.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe bluetooth drivers. Using Windows 11 25H2 (26200.7019).

The very first time I installed the drivers, they seemed working on the device manager but every time I tried to connect to my home network, it said "no internet, secure". So I restarted, hoping it would solve the problem but this time it was not looking working on the device manager either. Saying "This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API." on the BE200, and "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE" on the bluetooth properties.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers multiple times as well as trying the windows troubleshooting tool but could not solve the problem. Also booted the live disk enviroments of Fedora 43, Linux Mint 22.2 and openSUSE Tumbleweed snapshot of 2025.11.11 to see if it works on them, but no luck. It is getting showned on the lspci print but not on the graphical user interface, as if it does not exist.

Help would be appreciated.

By the way, I have the Insyde F.75 Rev-A BIOS from 17 May 2024, which is the latest for my device, if that is relevant.

Hi umitseyhan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. We appreciate your message. Please note that Intel does not recommend installing or upgrading Intel® Wireless Adapters, as your laptop may fail to recognize new hardware for several reasons.

Replacing an adapter tied to specific wireless software or using a different adapter type can cause connection issues or software errors. Manufacturers often customize drivers and software to enable or modify features for optimal performance. OEMs may also restrict systems to certain adapters, which can lead to boot errors when using an unsupported adapter.

Before installing or replacing an adapter, confirm approval with your system manufacturer and follow any post-approval requirements. Unauthorized installations may be illegal. Only manufacturers or authorized representatives can install adapters (except certain retail kits for desktop PCs). Intel does not produce complete laptops, and compatibility issues may occur. Supported retail products include specific Intel® Wi-Fi kits for desktop PCs, not laptops.

Installation and use of Intel® Wireless Adapters are subject to country-specific regulations. Some countries require certification with the intended antenna, while others require full system-level certification.

We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your laptop, vendor, or place of purchase regarding availability and support for Intel Wireless Adapter upgrades. Laptop manufacturers must meet regulatory requirements to determine if installation is permitted. Here are the links for your reference:
